ON A ROLL

The nice thing about writing and writing and writing, you end up with lots of books. I've been writing seriously since June of 2003. Not a long time, but during those years I wrote something like 10 or so manuscripts. Some, suck. They will never see the light of day, but they helped pave the path to better manuscripts which I polished up and sent a few off to The Wild Rose Press.

From the lovely little header above, you see three book covers. One will be out by the end of the year and the other two in 2009. Well, you can add a fourth release to that list. The Wild Rose Press has offered me a contract for a book titled - JANE DOE'S RETURN. No cover yet as I just signed, but I'll post it when it shows up.

I'm really excited about this one. This book won The Beacon and The Molly. I had shopped it around a few places, but sigh.... rejection. It happens. To everyone. Even big time authors. However, I found a home for it and I'm very happy! It's an excellent book. Below is the blurb. Teaser. Whatever.

Imagine knowing the wrong person is convicted of raping and killing your sister. You know the real killer still lurks in the shadows, killing once year, and waiting for the one victim who escaped his wrath, to return. Imagine spending the majority of your career searching for Jane Doe, only to find her in the most unlikely place; in your office, as your partner.

Special Agent Travis Brown has set his life up so he can have access to information that will lead him to the one woman he believes can tell him who killed his sister. But he’s not prepared for the drive and determination of his new partner; Special Agent Shauna Morgan. Her instincts are razor sharp and her beauty undeniable. His attraction to her is as strong as his need to find his sister’s killer. But Shauna has a secret; a secret that will ultimately put his heart on the line, along with her life.

Happy writing or reading!

This is so wonderful. CONGRATULATIONS! Very, very happy for you (and me*, cause now I'll get to read your stories).

And on behalf of CBs who don't have blogger names (and can't post), they say CONGRATS too.
